- 2 lamb (lean)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 240 ml yogurt (plain)
- 26 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 3 gr savory (chopped fresh)
- 2 gr allspice
- 2 gr coriander
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 slices bread
vinegar and oil, parsley and yogurt in separate dishes. Guests may open pocket bread and stuff them with meat and seasonings.
