Ingredients
- 10 ovenproof skillet over heat
- 8 smoked turkey breasts in (cut)
- 4 from heat source
- 2 1/2 muffin with no stick cooking spray (pan)
- 2 lowfat
- 2 shedds spread country
- 2 apples peel
- 2 egg (white)
- 1 chunks
- 1 bell pepper in (red cut)
- 1/2 ch
- 700 ml milk
- 290 gr sweet potatoes peel
- 220 gr ham in (cut)
- 130 gr flour
- 120 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 38 gr cheddar cheese
- 24 gr flour
- 18 gr black pepper coarsely (fresh ground)
- 14 gr baking powder
- 14 gr sugar
- 2 ml pepper sauce (hot)
- 1 gr salt
- some scallions
Prepare batter, spoon into prepared muffin-pan cups, filling each 0.75 full. Sprinkle batter in cups lightly with coarsely ground black pepper; bake 10 to dozen minutes until browned and wooden pick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Recipe By : Redbook April 1995
