- 2 cookies per sheet
- 1 egg
- 1 glossy hershey bar glaze
- 1 hershey bar cream filling
- 1/2 glaze
- 1/2 eight milk chocolate bars
- 1/2 cupfuls onto greased cookies sheet (lightly)
- 325 gr unsifted all-purpose flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 120 ml cream fillin repeat layering with remaining cookies
- 75 gr butter
- 75 ml water in saucepan
- 6 gr gelatine onto (unflavored)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
stiff; gradually add whipped cream to chocolate mixture, blending carefully. Chill about 1 hour or until filling begins to set. Glaze: Melt half milk chocolate bar (reserved from filling) with 1 Tablespoon. water in top of double boiler over warm water, stir to blend well. Add teaspoonfuls of water as needed until glaze is of spreading consistency. ----
