Ingredients
- 12 nonstick bundt with (pan lightly)
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick of butter
- 400 gr sugar
- 240 gr strong coffee
- 240 ml boiling water
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 22 gr butter (unsalted)
- 10 gr cocoa
- 9 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
into the dry ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until cake pulls away from the sides of the pan and the top springs back lightly to the touch. (The center of the cake will still be slightly moist when tested; do not overbake.
