Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 rum
- 400 gr sifted confectioners sugar
- 250 gr unbleached allpurpose flour
- 250 gr pureed pumpkin (cooked)
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr raisins
- 130 gr butter (unsalted)
- 120 gr walnuts-coarsely (chopped)
- 55 gr butter softened
- 45 ml whipping cream orange juice (fresh)
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 4 gr pure vanilla extract
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg (freshly grated)
Icing: Cream confectioners=3D sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. (If icing is too thin, add more confectioners' sugar; if too thick, add more cream, orange juice or rum.) Drizzle over cookies.
