Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 lentils
- 4 gr coriander
- 2 gr cumin
- 2 gr ginger
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr chili powder
Combine all of the ingredients in a small sacuepan. Cook gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, to allow the flavors to blend. Chill for 1 hour.
