Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 400 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 95 gr shortening
- 14 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 package coconut
Cream shortening & butter, add sugar & egg yolks. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients, add to mixture with butter & flour. Add coconut & 0.75 c pecans. Fold in egg whites & mix. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25 min. Frosting: Cream together & add the remaining pecans. ~
