Ingredients
- 240 ml tomato juice
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml ketchup
- 60 ml vinegar
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 9 gr brown sugar
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr chili powder
- 1 gr garlic salt
- 1 gr cayenne pepper (ground)
Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Sufficient for 3 lbs. of ribs. Sauce was the creation of my late father-in-law. Enjoy! Jeff Duke
