Ingredients
- 3 pork spare ribs
- 2 green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 325 gr maple syrup
- 45 ml ketchup
- 45 ml orange juice concentrate
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 8 gr sesame seeds
- 2 gr curry powder
Place ribs, meaty side down, on a rack in a greased 13x9 pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 180ÂșC or 1.25 hours. Meanwhile, combine the next 9 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain ribs, remove rack, and return ribs to pan. Cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes basting occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving. ----
