Ingredients
- 2 onto the cookie shee bake (inches apart)
- 1 egg
- 1 frosting
- 800 gr powdered sugar
- 280 gr butter
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 180 ml applesauce
- 170 gr raisins
- 60 gr walnuts
- 45 ml milk
- 5 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 2 gr baking soda
- 2 gr maple extract
- 1 gr salt
cool completely. For the frosting, combine the powdered sugar, butter, milk and maple extract in a small mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping the bowl often, for 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Spread over the cooled cookies. Place 2 raisins in the center of each cookie. Penny Halsey (ATBN65B). ----
