Ingredients
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1/2 unprocessed bran
- 700 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml unsweetened applesauce
- 130 gr bulk italian sausage
- 65 gr wheat bread crumbs (whole)
- 50 gr onion (minced)
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr sage (dried)
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Mix all ingredients together well. Place one third cup (2 oz.) mixture in each of 16 muffin cups. Bake at 180ºC . until done, about 1 hour. Remove from muffin tins.
