Ingredients
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml taco sauce
- 220 gr kernel corn (whole drained)
- 140 gr pitted black olives (sliced)
- 120 gr monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 120 ml sour cream
- 65 gr green chiles (chopped drained)
- 34 gr tortilla chips
- 30 gr green onions (sliced)
- 18 gr chili powder
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 25 cm skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until well browned. Stir in chili powder; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in taco sauce, green chiles, and salt. In small bowl, combine corn and half of green onions. In 1.5-quart casserole, layer half corn mixture, half beef mixture, half olives, and half cheese. Repeat layering. Bake, covered, 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Garnish with tortilla chips, sour cream, tomato, and remaining green onions. Serve.
