Ingredients
- 12 cookies
- 2 butter (unsalted)
- 2 dough
- 2 apar cookies will spread when (inches slightly baked)
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 gr flour
- 220 gr brown sugar (light)
- 140 gr pecans
- 26 gr confectioners sugar
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Note: To toast pecans, preheat oven to 180ºC . Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet. Bake on middle rack until color deepens and they smell fragrant, 7 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully so they do not burn ----
