Ingredients
- 9 sprinkle with cornmeal (pan)
- 2 ornmeal
- 1/4 up sides of to form crust (pan)
- 450 gr pinto beans
- 240 ml sour cream (light)
- 160 gr seeded tomatoes (chopped)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 65 gr alapeno peppers
- 60 gr green onions (sliced)
- 36 gr ripe olives (sliced)
- 28 gr cornbread twists
- 26 gr chili powder
- 26 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 10 gr liquid

Meanwhile in small bowl mash beans with fork, stir in reserved bean liquid and chili powder, mix well. Spread evenly over baked crust. Top with mushrooms, tomatoes and jalapeno pepper slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200ÂșC or 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut squares and top each with sour cream, green onions and sliced olives. Serves 6 or makes dozen appetizers. Enjoy
