Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr milk chocolate chips
- 300 gr old-fashioned rolled oats
- 220 gr golden brown sugar
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr walnuts
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
Recipe by: Bon Appetit July 1995 Preheat oven to 190ºC . Finely grind oats in processor. Add flour, baking soda and salt; blend 5 seconds. Beat butter and both sugars in large bowl until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix in walnuts and chocolate chips. For each cookie, form 2 rounded tablespoons dough into ball and place on UNGREASED baking sheet; flatten slightly. Bake until edges are golden brown, about dozen minutes. Cool on sheets 5 minutes. Transfer to racks; cool completely. ----
