- 525 gr round steak (sliced)
- 350 ml beer
- 170 gr all purpose flour
- 30 ml beer over them
- 30 ml beer
- 4 gr cumin seed (toasted)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr oregano preferably mexican (dried)
Place the steaks on separate plates, spoon mashed potatoes with onion next to them, and cover both generously with the gravy. Serve immediately.
