Ingredients
- 2 fryer in (cut pieces)
- 1 ginger (fresh chopped)
- 180 ml oyster-flavored sauce
- 240 ml chicken stock
- 20 ml soy sauce
- 2 slices garlic (cloves sliced)
Combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Add chicken to sauce and marinade for 3 hours or more. Remove chicken pieces and place under broiler for 25 minutes each side, brushing chicken with sauce to keep moist. Serve with rice.
