- 2 krachai
- 1 fry over high heat till boilin lower heat
- 1 galanga
- 1/2 coliander see
- 475 gr catfish fille
- 120 ml cream from the coconut milk
- 120 ml water (very hot)
- 100 gr coconut (grated)
- 60 ml coconut milk
- 2 gr kaffir lime rind
- 1 gr sal
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 gr nutme
peppers. Serve with plain boiled white rice.
