Ingredients
- 3 chilis (red)
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 chicken breast
- 700 ml coconut milk
- 350 gr eggplant (diced)
- 270 gr mea the meat (cut into)
- 120 ml coconut cream
- 34 gr green curry paste
- 30 ml fish sauce
- 18 gr basil leaves
- 14 gr palm
- 1 gr coriander leaves
- some coriander on the top
heat. Add the eggplant and carry on with the normal instructions from there. An alternative to the eggplant is Snow Peas. I personally prefer them, but both work well. Typed for you by Kaz Glover
