Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
 - 1 scallion (chopped)
 - 1 bring pot of water to (boil)
 - 475 gr broccoli florets
 - 300 gr cherry tomatoes
 - 120 ml vegetable stock (hot)
 - 100 gr pasta
 - 75 gr peanut butter smooth
 - 30 ml safflower oil
 - 30 ml rice vinegar
 - 5 ml soy sauce
 - 1 gr dry pepper (crushed red)
 
Variations: Add more red pepper to taste. Try Szechwan Peanut Dressing as a warm topping on steamed vegetables, especially on green beans, broccoli, or cauliflower. Make extra dressing to refrigerate and serve later on chilled steamed green beans or broccoli.
