Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 bran
- 1/4 sunflower seeds
- 240 gr pineapple in (crushed)
- 190 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 130 gr carrots (grated)
- 130 gr unbleached flour (white)
- 60 ml warm water
- 30 ml honey
- 40 gr raisins
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 1 package dry yeast (active)
cinnamon, nutmeg, sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour, bran and oil. blend well. Spoon the dough into a lightly oiled 25 cm tube pan. Let rise unti ldoubled in a warm place for 60 minutes. Bake in a 180ÂșC oven for 25 minutes or until browned. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes; then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Engergy per serving ( 0.0625 of recipe): 130 calories
