Ingredients
- 3 scallions
- 1 onion
- 1/8 tumeric
- 1,900 ml water
- 400 gr kale
- 350 gr rice
- 290 gr yeast
- 80 ml vegetable broth
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 14 gr tamari
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr black pepper
In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in one third c vegetable broth over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
