Ingredients
- 1 tomato seeded
- 950 ml water
- 75 gr potatoes (peeled diced)
- 50 gr peas (frozen)
- 45 gr carrot (diced)
- 45 gr butter
- 38 gr corn (frozen)
- 26 gr celery (diced)
- 18 gr sweet pepper (red diced)
- 16 gr onion (minced)
- 12 gr vegetable redi-base
- 1 gr basil (dried)
Saut� celery, carrot, onion and red pepper in oil until onion is soft. Add water , Vegetable Redi-Base, corn, peas, and potatoes. Bring to boil. Simmer until ve getables are cooked. Add tomato and basil. Season for salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve. Serves 4.
