Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon extract
- 120 gr am sesame tahini
- 120 ml am unrefined sesame oil
- 95 gr am amaranth flour
- 95 gr am unbleached flour (white)
- 45 ml honey
- 60 ml milk
- 32 gr sesame seeds (ground)
- 32 gr am sesame seeds
- 7 gr non-alum baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr sea salt
Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients in separate bowls, then combine and mix well. Press mixture into an oiled and floured 23 cm x 33 cm cake pan. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before cutting into small wedges.
