- 4 eggs
- 3 1/8 bisquick baking mix
- 1,900 ml saucepan
- 600 gr baking mix until crumbly
- 450 gr packed brown sugar
- 200 gr nuts (chopped)
- 190 gr apricots (dried)
- 110 gr firm butter
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
jelly roll pan, 15 x 10 x 1 or so. Bake 10 minutes. Beat brown sugar and eggs. Stir in apricots, two third C. baking mix, vanilla and nuts. Spread over baked layer. Bake 30 minutes longer. Cool completely; cut into bars, about 2 x 3 cm. Roll in powdered sugar (I dust it on top). Makes 75 cookies. ----
