Ingredients
- 2 cans kidney beans (red)
- 1 liquid smoke
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jigger brandy
- 120 ml pickle juice
- 60 gr strong coffee
- 30 ml cider vinegar
- 22 gr butter
- 10 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr rosemary
Mix above ingredients except the brandy and coffee. Pour over beans in a large casserole or bean pot. Stir; bake one hour in a 120ºC . oven. Slice an onion on top of the beans and bake 20 minutes longer at 200ºC . Pour coffee over all and bake at 200ºC . for another 15 minutes. Add the brandy, pouring it over all.
