Ingredients
- 50 margerine
- 15 cm across
- 2 equal (pieces)
- 1/2 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 vegetable
- 120 gr chick peas
- 28 gr wholemeal flour
- 28 gr flour (plain white)
- 16 ml oil
- 3 gr coriander (ground)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- some salt and pepper
crisp. This recipe is also nice with filo pastry, or the samosa packets you can buy. If you use filo pastry remember to brush the outside with some melted margerine or butter to prevent sticking.
