- 220 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 60 ml molasses
- 85 gr dark seedless raisins
- 65 gr coarsely nuts (chopped)
- 60 ml milk
- 4 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
