Ingredients
- 1 filling momo wrapper (into)
- 425 gr mixed vegetables
- 240 gr tofu
- 60 gr onion (diced)
- 26 gr ghee
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 7 gr ginger (minced)
- 4 gr garlic (minced)
- 3 gr garam masala
- 2 gr chili
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
