Ingredients
- 950 ml water
- 270 gr mixed vegetables
- 250 gr tofu
- 80 gr tomatoes (chopped)
- 60 gr onion
- 32 gr flour (white)
- 30 gr green onions
- 26 gr ghee
- 16 gr ginger (minced)
- 16 ml tamari sauce
- 8 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr black pepper
Melt ghee & stir-fry ginger, garlic & onion for 1 minute. Add flour & continue to stir fry for fro 3 to 5 minutes, till golden in colour. Add water a little at a time, whisking constantly to keep it smooth. Add vegetables, tomatoes, tofu, green onions & bring to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
