Tofu Quiche
- 2 eggs
- 1 block tofu
- 1 pepper (hot)
- 180 gr steamed broccoli
- 120 gr lowfat cheese (shredded)
- 80 ml lowfat milk
- 80 ml picante sauce
- 60 gr onion
- 1 gr oregano
- 1 gr garlic miced
Tofu& Vegetable Stir
- 2 tomatoes chunked
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 onion chunked
- 1/2 block tofu
- 170 gr napa
- 120 ml water
- 65 gr pork (boneless lean)
- 60 ml kikkoman soyce sauce divided
- 30 ml vegetable oil divided
- 16 gr cornstarch divided
Traditional Miso Soup
- 4 scallions
- 3 1/2 eden barley miso
- 1 carrot
- 1 eden instant wakame flakes
- 1/2 moons
- 1/2 bok choy
- 1/4 eden bonito flakes
- 1/4 block tofu (fresh)
- 1,400 ml water
- 1 slice eden kombu
Hijiki Nimono
- 5 green beans
- 3 times the amount of warm water
- 2 hijiki
- 2 mirin
- 1 age
- 1 dashijiru
- 3/8 block tofu (hard)
- 45 gr shoyu
- 32 gr carrots
- 30 gr sake
