• 1 gr cinnamon for topping
• 1 package fruit

Sunrise Cake

• 2 egg whites
• 1 lemon rind (grated)
• 270 gr fruit (chopped)
• 240 ml non-fat yogurt (plain)
• 170 gr brown sugar
• 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
• 130 gr unbleached flour
• 55 gr soft margarine
• 55 gr brown sugar for topping
• 32 gr flour for topping (white)
