• 60 ml water
• 26 gr iceberg lettuce (shredded)

Mexican Lasagna

• 16 lasagna noodles (cooked)
• 2 1/2 salsa
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 700 gr beef (lean ground)
• 475 ml sour cream (light)
• 300 gr monterey jack cheese (shredded)
• 90 gr green onions (sliced optional)
• 55 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 4 gr oregano
• 3 gr taco house seasoning salt
