 - 1 vermicelli
 - 1 turnip
 - 1 mung bean sprouts
 - 150 gr snow peas

 - 30 ml dry sherry
 - 16 ml sesame oil

- 50 wonton wrappers
 - 2 garlic (cloves)

 - 65 gr scallions (finely chopped)
 - 30 ml tamari soy sauce
 - 30 ml peanut oil
 - 22 gr ginger (grated fresh)
 - 10 ml dark sesame oil

 - 2 stock
 - 250 gr french beans
 - 60 ml oil
 - 30 ml soy sauce
 - 16 ml dry sherry
 - 3 gr salt
 - 3 gr cornflour
