• 240 gr long rice (grain white)
• 170 gr tomato paste
• 40 gr margarine

Citrus Risotto

• 1 of garlic (cloves)
• 1/2 onion
• 425 ml ve stock (hot)
• 90 gr short rice (grain)
• 60 ml orange juice
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 7 ml olive oil
• 3 gr orange rind (shredded)
• 3 gr lemon rind (shredded)
• 2 gr lemon rind (grated)
