Ingredients
- 3 casserole
- 1 c milk
- 2 c cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c carrot
- 1/2 c green pepper
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/2 c celery
- 3/8 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 6 slices bacon (sliced)
- 1 package clear chicken broth
