Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 pickle relish
- 2 c cornflake crumbs
- 2 c shrimp
- 1 c chili sauce
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c water
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/2 t mustard
- 1/2 t onion
NOTE: You may prefer broiled shrimp. Follow the same recipe, but cook only 2 minutes on each side under the broiler.
