Ingredients
- 3 onions (diced)
- 6 pounds buffalo meat (ground)
- 5 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup green bell pepper
- 3/4 cup bell pepper (red)
- 3/4 cup jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup green chili peppers
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 6 tablespoons cumin (ground)
- 1/4 cup garlic (minced)
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons chilies (dried)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (white)
Saute Buffalo meat, sunflower oil and flour together until meat is cooked. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
