Ingredients
- 3 onions (diced)
- 1,600 gr buffalo meat (ground)
- 1,200 ml tomato sauce
- 700 ml water
- 120 ml beef broth
- 100 gr green bell pepper
- 100 gr bell pepper (red)
- 100 gr jalapeno peppers
- 65 gr green chili peppers
- 65 gr chili powder
- 65 gr flour
- 60 ml sunflower oil
- 55 gr paprika
- 36 gr cumin (ground)
- 34 gr garlic (minced)
- 12 gr salt
- 12 gr oregano
- 6 gr chilies (dried)
- 3 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Saute Buffalo meat, sunflower oil and flour together until meat is cooked. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
