Ingredients
- 14 1/2 cans
- 3 chicken broth
- 2 lemon
- 2 cup vegetables
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup rice (white)
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.
Serves 4 to 6
If cooking on High: Place celery in a dish in microwave with a tablespoon of water and cover. Microwave until celery is slightly soft, then add to crockpot and cook on High.
If soup is a little too thick: add more water for a thinner soup. Allow to cook 15 minutes.
