Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skinned
- 4 strands saffron
- 2 tomatoes deseedd (peeled diced)
- 1/2 onion (peeled)
- 3/8 has thickened
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 250 g uncle bens thai imperial rice
- 160 g butter (unsalted cut into cubes)
- 120 ml chicken stock
- 4 tbsp wine (white)
- 110 g prawns (peeled)
- 1 tbsp water in (pan)
- 1 tsp saffron
5. Arrange the chicken on serving plates and spoon the sauce over. Serve immediately with Uncle Ben�s Thai Imperial rice.
