Ingredients
- 12 skillet cook chicken in oil over high heat (hot)
- 12 strokes
- 2 biscuit
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 3/4 packaged biscuit mix
- 1/2 thickness
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast skind boned
- 4 1/2 c quartered mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 c low-cal sour cream
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 c onion (chopped)
- 2 tb madeira
- 2 tb all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons thinly green onion (sliced)
- 1 tb cooking oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
cutter, cut dough into 12 biscuits. Reroll the trimmings as necessary. Bake biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet in a 425 degree oven for about 12 minutes.
