- 12 skillet cook chicken in oil over high heat (hot)

- 2 biscuit
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 3/4 packaged biscuit mix
- 1/2 thickness
- 400 gr chicken breast skind boned
- 375 gr quartered mushrooms (fresh)
- 240 ml skim milk
- 240 ml low-cal sour cream
- 120 ml chicken broth
- 120 ml skim milk
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 18 gr madeira
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 16 gr thinly green onion (sliced)
- 16 ml cooking oil
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
cutter, cut dough into dozen biscuits. Reroll the trimmings as necessary. Bake biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet in a 425 degree oven for about dozen minutes.
