- 1 unsweetened (square)
- 1 5/8 c flour
- 1 1/4 c miniature semisweet
- 3/4 c brown sugar (light)
- 3/4 c pecans (chopped)
- 3/8 c cake flour (plus)
- 1 tablespoon dry ingredien cream the butter
- 2 t butter
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 2 t cake flour
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
clean and dry. Cool, remove from pans. Makes 18 muffins.
