- 6 c chicken broth
- 6 tb water
- 6 tablespoons water
- 4 oz sea scallops (frozen)
- 1 oz mushrooms (dried)
- 3 tb cornstarch
- 4 ts soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tb rice wine
- 1 ts vegetable oil
- 1/2 ts pared ginger (grated fresh)
slowly into soup while stirring soup vigorously.
