Ingredients
- 7 ingredien blend until smooth
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 - jack cheese in a blender combine first
- 15 1/2 oz salmon (canned red)
- 1 c sour cream
- 8 oz crab
- 1 c low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 oz salad shrimp
- 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese
- 1 c cheddar cheese (grated)
- 4 oz mushrooms (canned)
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c almonds (sliced)
- 4 tb flour
- 1 tb green onion tops
- 2 ts lemon rind
- 1 ts onion powder
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/2 ts dill weed
