- 1/2 - jack cheese in a blender combine first
- 280 gr salmon (canned red)
- 240 ml sour cream
- 130 gr crab
- 120 gr low-fat cottage cheese
- 120 gr salad shrimp
- 120 gr monterey jack cheese
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 40 gr mushrooms (canned)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 32 gr almonds (sliced)
- 32 gr flour
- 7 gr green onion tops
- 4 gr lemon rind
- 2 gr onion powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr dill weed
