Ingredients
- 72 b -crust
- 9 glass pie (plate)
- 4 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 around the edge
- 1 1/8 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 8 oz sour cre sour cream (light)
- 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 3/4 c margarine
- 1 c rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour in a bowl
- 1 ts water
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/2 ts cinnamon (ground)
- 1/8 ts nutmeg (ground)
- 1/8 ts salt
or bowl of an electric mixer. Add butter (or margarine) and mix until consistency resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling. Bake in middle of preheated 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled; refrigerate leftovers.
