Ingredients
- 1 frankfurters (sliced diagonally)
- 3 cups shell (cooked)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 3/4 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Saute onions, celery, and frankfurter slices in butter until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in a hot oven 375 degrees 20-25 minutes.
