Ingredients
- 1 frankfurters (sliced diagonally)
- 300 gr shell (cooked)
- 300 ml water
- 180 ml catsup
- 75 gr celery (chopped)
- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 30 ml vinegar
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 10 ml dry mustard
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Saute onions, celery, and frankfurter slices in butter until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2 litre casserole. top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in a hot oven 375 degrees 20-25 minutes.
